Candidate Preliminary Interview: We conduct an in-depth analysis of a candidate’s experience, background, aptitude, teaming and partnering skills. Only when we find the best person suited for the position, do we forward the resume to you. We field any further questions you may have for the candidate.
Background Checks and Testing: For an additional fee, we can provide background checks and a full range of testing for aptitude, personality, and for multiple positions. We partner with Scientific Employee Solutions.
The Offer: We collaborate with you on salary negotiations.
On-boarding of candidate: Subsequent to the placement of the candidate, we follow-up with you regarding the new hire’s performance.
